We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility where possible. Instead of canceling, we offer all guests the option of a full credit for the amount paid, which can be used toward a future stay. This credit is valid for 90 days from the original check-in date.

If however you are not able to use the credit note, please review our cancellation policy below. Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund, provided the check-in date is at least 30 days away.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 25% Refund: Cancellations made 7 to 15 days before the check-in date will receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
